Anne Shrieves
Owner/Director and Early Years Teacher (EYT)
Having built up a childcare business of 6 settings over 10 years, I now have only Woodstock Day Nursery which I have owned since 2000 and personally managed for 16 years. I recently stepped back to leave the daily running of the nursery in the safe hands of our joint Managers and excellent team.
I qualified as a Nursery Nurse and Playleader before completing a BA in Early Years and Early Years Teacher status. On a personal note, I have 3 sons and 2 step-sons, all now grown-up plus 5 grandchildren . . . so far.
Hayley Brown
Manager and Early Years Teacher (EYT)
I have been working in child care since 2000. I have a BA (Hons) in Childhood studies, which I completed at University College Chichester in 2002. In 2008 I returned to University, this time in Brighton, to complete my Early Years Professional status.
In my spare time I enjoy owning a classic car and spend the summer months taking it to various shows across the South East of England. I also enjoy cross stitch and sewing and will often make things for family and friends.
Vicky George
Manager/SENCO and Early Years Teacher (EYT)
I have been working at Woodstock for 8 years. Firstly, as a senior practitioner with the 2-year-olds. Then promoted to Deputy Manager and SENCO and now Manager and SENCO. I enjoy my roles immensely! Variety is the spice of life, it certainly keeps me on my toes!
In 2021 I achieved my BA (HONS) Early Childhood Studies. I then went on to achieve my Early Years Teaching degree later that same year. I have a wonderful family, including 2 daughters and grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy sharing family time with them all.

Samantha Page
Level 3 in Early Years & Childcare
I have been working at Woodstock since 2011. In that time I have completed both my level 2 and 3 in childcare. I run a Saturday morning dance school where I teach children aged 2-7 years Ballet and Tap.
When I'm not busy with work or my dance school I like to spend time with my husband and daughter.
Freya Pain
CACHE Level 3 Childcare & Education
I have been working at Woodstock since June 2020. I started by working with the Tigers before moving to the Kittens and Cubs in September 2023, where I have recently become Senior of the room. At home I am the baker of the family and enjoy making cakes for every occasion and hope in the future I can share this side passion of mine with everyone.
Victoria Chapman
Early Years SENCO Level 3
I joined Woodstock in 2016, qualifying in 2017. I am now the Senior Practitioner for the Cats (2 year olds) and every day is filled with fun things to do. I particularly love messy and creative activities and being outside in the nursery garden.
I am bi-lingual – English and Polish.
